Encircled by magnificent walls and bathed by the turquoise sea, this UNESCO World Heritage site combines aristocratic elegance with Mediterranean relaxation. Its marble streets, Baroque churches, and Renaissance palaces are a testament not only to a rich history but also to the strength of the human spirit and beauty that remains untouched through the centuries.
